Remembering a true champion.

World Champion and Reserve World Champion
Rainbow Of Colors
5/1/00 - 8/13/09

Show ring great, Rainbow Of Colors, passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2009 as a result of a tumor.  Rainbow could always be recognized by his diligent head-shake when he hit the show ring, he was a true walking horse.

Rainbow began his extensive show career under the direction of trainer Tim Smith, whom trained and loved the champion until his death.  During his seven years in the show ring, Rainbow claimed countless blue ribbons throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi.  Rainbow was credited with ten top-ten Celebration honors including the 2003 World Championship in the Amateur 70 and Over class with Jamie “Red” Etheredge aboard and the 2008 Reserve World Championship in the 15.2 and Over, Five Years and Over Geldings class with Tim Smith.

As a credit to his talent, Rainbow was owned by only two different owners.  Jamie “Red” Etheredge raised, owned, and showed the champion in his earlier years and then G.L. and Beverly McNeill purchased and enjoyed the champion until his death.
