The Walking Horse Report has recently learned that Look Who’s In Command passed away December 29, 2021, due to infirmities of old age. Foaled on June 3, 1995, this 26-year-old stallion was sired by I’m In Command and out of a mare named Royal Favor.

Raised by Doug and Sheryl Crawford, this gorgeous chestnut stallion sure made a statement when he hit the showring as a young colt and even into his later years. Look Who’s In Command was shown over 100 times during his career by many including Justin Jenne’, Jaclyn Smith, Robbie Spiller, Philip Trimble and Donna Hudgins, just to name a few. In his later years he was purchased by Dr. Jim and Lisa Baum where he spent the remaining years of his life.

In 1998 Smith and Look Who’s In Command were named the Owner-Amateur Four-Year-Old Stallions, Div. A World Champions and returned in 2000 to claim the Owner-Amateur 15.2 & Under Stallions World Championship as well.

We extend our sympathies to the Baum family on their loss of such a special horse who they loved dearly.
