Five Additional Horses Returned Today In Wheelon Case
Wednesday, November 6, 2013
The Report just received word that five additional horses have been returned in the Wheelon case. A total of 19 horses were taken and 14 have been returned thus far since the judge's ruling. Sources say the remaining five horses should be returned on Friday, Nov. 8.
The five horses that were returned were Neyland owned by Joe Barnes, Stimulas and Haze's Cash owned by Farrell and Anna Lou Hughes, Sweepover owned by Rodney Koger and He's Just Country owned by Larry Wheelon.
Wheelon continues to be grateful for all the hard work and dedication that his attorney Rob White and the investigator, Kenny Myers have had in this case.
The charges of animal cruelty were dismissed and the horses were ordered to be returned immediately on August 15.
The Report will continue to update on this case as more details become available.
