Get the news…FAST

Hello Tennessee Walking Horse enthusiasts and friends,

I would like to start off this first monthly FAST, Inc. update by telling you about FAST and our mission. For those of you who don’t know or may not have checked in with us in a while, we have been very busy this year working towards supporting the 2020 horse shows and the walking horse industry.
With a mission to preserve and protect the Tennessee Walking Horse, FAST stands for the Foundation for the Advancement and Support of the Tennessee Walking Show Horse.  FAST is a 501(c)3 that has been in existence for more than 10 years and is governed by a 12-member Board of Directors.

So far in 2020, FAST has provided grant money to help the following shows:

March 14th - Heart O' Dixie Horse Show
June 12-13 - Belfast Horse Show
September 26 - Twin Cities Class Horse Show

With our mission in mind, FAST also holds several different annual fundraisers including the FAST horse show and 50/50 ticket drawing.  This year, we have decided to hold a one-night horse show on Friday November 13, 2020. We think it will be a LUCKY night for all exhibitors!

We are offering our 50/50 drawing tickets earlier this year and we have decided to reduce the cost per ticket. Tickets will be $20 per ticket or $50 for three tickets. The drawing will take place on the last Saturday night of The Celebration in center ring.  We will post ticket updates on our Facebook page as soon as available (so make sure to follow us!).

In hosting these events, we hope to not only support the community and industry, but further advance our funds in order to help our industry on legal matters. As of now, things are looking positive for our industry and we are encouraged that 2020 will be a great year. We look forward to seeing each of you with the start of the show season and as always, we are here to help and assist this great industry.

Should you wish to keep up with us, volunteer or donate to our cause, please visit us at

Thank you for your support of FAST, Inc.
