Shana Gale Hughes, wife of Jason Hughes and daughter-in-law of Danny Hughes (both of whom operate J&H Stables of Russell Springs, Ky.), will be graduating from The University of Louisville's School of Dentistry as a Doctor of Medical Dentistry on May 14, 2011. Shana, a Pikeville, Ky. native, is the daughter of Rodney Keene of Phyllis, Ky., and Kevin and Ramona Wilson of Walnut, Miss. 

Hughes attended Alice Lloyd College before graduating with honors from Lindsey Wilson College in 2007, with degrees in biology and chemistry.  Upon her dental school graduation, she will reside in Russell Springs, where she also intends to practice.
