Notice of WHOA 2012 Rules And 2013 WHOA Rulebook Effective Dates



As of today, March 20, 2013 the Walking Horse Owners Association is in the process of finalizing and printing the WHOA 2013 Rulebook.
 
WHOA affiliated shows scheduled March 23 through April 30, 2013 will fall under the rules of the 2012 WHOA Rulebook which can be found on the home page of the WHOA website.
 
Starting May 1, the new 2013 WHOA Rulebook will go into effect and will be posted to the WHOA website by Wednesday, April 3, 2013.
 
The 2013 WHOA Rulebook rules becomes effective May 1, 2013.
