Obituary: Carolyn M. Spinks

Carolyn M. Spinks of Gardendale, Ala., passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012. She was active with the Alabama Show Horse Association, Walking Horse Association of Alabama, and the Alabama Walking Horse Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her loving husband Woodrow Spinks; daughters Renee Adams (Rod) of Nectar and Roxanne Reeves (Marty) of Gardendale; grandchildren Ann (Jeff) Cornelius, Heather Bryant, Debra Adams, Rachel Reeves, Megan (Paul) Opal, and Marie Heller; and great-grandchildren Kyle and Cody Blackwood, Jaxon and Makenzey Winn, Derek Bryant, and Alexis and Seth Opal.

Visitation is Thursday, Nov. 15, and graveside services will be Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, in Gardendale.
