Obituary – Jennifer Condren

Long time walking horse enthusiast, Jennifer Kay Condren, 54, of Goodson, Missouri, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018, at Cox South Hospital, Springfield, Missouri.
Jennifer Condren, age 54, passed away at Cox Hospital in Springfield on July 9, 2018. She was born on August 4, 1963 in Nevada, Missouri to Bill and Mae (Snodgrass) Maack. She attended all twelve grades at Bolivar Schools, graduating in 1981. To further her educations she attended SBU and was the first transfer student to go to St John’s School of Nursing where she received her RN degree.
During her school years, Jennifer met Donny Condren and they were married in 1985. Ten years later they were blessed with a son, Travis Cole.
Jennifer worked in the Nursing Profession from her graduation until the time of her death. She served in many nursing roles, RN in hospital, Director of Nursing and most recently working in the field of Long Term Care for Life Care. Her care and compassion in this field could not be topped.
She was also active in the family business showing Tennessee Walking Horses with great success all over the region. She was a member of the Heart of America Walking Horse Association, Southwest Missouri Horse Show Association, where she currently served as Secretary/Treasurer and the Bolivar Saddle Club. Jennifer spent several years as a reporter for the Walking Horse Report.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill & Mae Maack. Survivors include her husband Donny of Goodson, son Cole of the home, a sister Susie Graham and husband Rick of Bolivar, a brother Mike Maack of Polk, In-Laws Theo and Louise Condren of Bolivar, sister in law Becky Walker and husband William of Bolivar. Nephews and niece Doug Maack, Ross Maack, Hayli Maack and Cody Walker, as well as several great nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Services for Jennifer, will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Butler Funeral Home, Bolivar, Missouri.
Visitation for Jennifer, will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at Butler Funeral Home, Bolivar, Missouri. Burial will be at Mt. View Cemetery, in Polk, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Star Ridge Cemetery, c/o Mick Hood, PO Box 51, Bolivar, MO 65613 or left at the funeral home.
