Obituary – Joseph Paul Fostek III

Joseph Paul Fostek passed away October 5, 2021, at Lewis Gale Medical Facility in Roanoke, VA.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Peggy Fostek of West Point, VA. He is survived by his loving wife Janice, sister Mary Ann Fetterolf (Frank) brother James (Sandy) and nephews Glendon Fetterolf (Barbara) and Mark (Laura).
Joe was a graduate of Virginia Tech and an avid supporter of both football and basketball at the school. He was a member of the Century Club and was later honored to be inducted into UT Prosim of Virginia Tech.
He had a long career in the recycling industry and was President of J & M Recycling and Consulting, Inc. headquartered in Greensboro, NC. a company which he founded.
Joe was introduced to Tennessee Walking Horses by Janice. He was proud to be an owner and they enjoyed many weekends in Tennessee showing their horses and enjoying time with friends.
Private services are planned for later.
