Ms. Johnnie Latham Thomas of Baileyton, Alabama, passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021 at the age of 92 years.
Ms. Thomas was born on January 29, 1929, to the late Carl Charles of Georgia and Vivian Camp of Marshall County, Alabama. She was a member of the Grandiflora Church of Christ in Joppa, Alabama. Ms. Thomas loved to cook, attending horse shows, camping, and the beauty of flowers. Most of all she loved her family and her grandbabies.
Ms. Thomas is survived by her sons, Larry Latham (Joan), Dennis Latham (Debbie), Perry Latham (Donna), Tony Latham (Denise), Danny Latham (Johna); step daughter, Paulette Thomas Hogan-Leach; daughter-in-law, Sylvia Latham; sister Cherry Sue Charles Bowen; 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Thomas is preceded in death by her first husband, Hoyt Latham; second husband James Thomas; son, Roger Latham; step son, Norman Thomas; brothers, Dyane Charles, James Charles.
A visitation will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Tuesday - May 18, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. Funeral service will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Tuesday - May 18, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. with burial to follow at the Hebron Church of Chris Cemetery in Joppa, AL.
