Obituary - Julia Burns Hurley

HURLEY, JULIA BURNS, age 69, of Hayden, AL, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday February 18, 2009.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 47 years, Robert Hurley; two daughters, Theresa (Jeffrey) Fuller of Forestdale and Sherri (Ken) Clark of Danville; three grandchildren, Benjamin Fuller, Elijah Clark and Elizabeth Clark. Mrs. Hurley was a long time member of Brookhaven United Methodist Church of Powderly. She was also a member of the Walking Horse Association of Alabama as well as the Alabama Show Horse Association.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. from Ridout's Gardendale Chapel. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Bro. Mark Barber will be officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from 5:30 'til 8:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Lung Association.
