Obituary – Lloyd Cassidy

Lloyd David Cassidy, 68, of Mt. Sterling passed away September 14, 2020 at St. Joseph East Hospital Lexington. He was born December 15, 1951 to the late Lloyd L. and Margaret Hickey Cassidy. He was the owner of Gateway Tool and Die and a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Ishmael Cassidy of Mt. Sterling, KY; one son, Jonathan Cassidy (Devony) of Mt. Sterling, KY; two daughters, Ann Morris (Val) of Georgetown, KY; and Jada Helton (Dylan) of Jeffersonville, KY; two sisters, Cynthia Benham (Byron) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Mary Mercuri (Mike) of Lexington, KY; one granddaughter, Maggie Holder; and one great granddaughter of Audree Helton.
A graveside service will be held 1 PM, Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Machpelah Cemetery with Father Frank Branner officiating. Pallbearers will be Jeff Yarber, Keith Carmichael, Carl Hartgrove, Pete Donaldson, Randy Cockrell and Sidney Pendleton.
