Obituary - Mike Civils

Mr. Mike Civils, age 53 of Belfast, died Tuesday, June 24, 2008 in Marshall Medical Center. Mr. Civils was a native of Indianapolis, Indiana and son of the late Jim Civils and Mrs. Corinne Colley Civils of Indianapolis. He was the owner and horse trainer for Civils Stables. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Barbara Coffey Civils, son, Jimmy Civils both of Belfast, sister, Maryanne Miller and husband Bob of Fairland, Indiana, and niece, Tammy Carter and husband Richard of Cocomo, Indiana. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 26, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home with burial to follow in Round Hill Cemetery. The family will be at Cornersville Funeral Home Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday until the funeral hour for visitation.
