Obituary - Walter Thomas "Tommy" Vest, Jr.

Walter Thomas "Tommy" Vest Jr., passed away Sunday, August 31, 2008 in Bardstown, KY. He was born February 23, 1979 at Central Baptist Hopital, Lexington, KY, son of Walter Thomas and Brenda Jo Oldfield Vest.
Tommy was a farmer and also worked as a veterinarian assistant at the West Liberty Veterinary Clinic. He had a great love for his horses, farming, and caring for animals.
Tommy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Tom Henry and Cora Vest, his maternal grandparents, Walter and Elizabeth Oldfield, his great grandparents, Bill and Ida Oldfield and Jim and Anna Vest.
He is survived by his parents Tom and Brenda Vest; two sisters, Regina Fritsch, Georgetown, KY and John Fitsch, Paris, KY and Tomika & Rusty Goble, Debord, KY; nieces & nephews, Ashley Kathern Fitsch, Lauren Camille Goble, Matthew Thomas Fitsch, Samanth Paige Goble, Russell Goble; aunts and uncles, Janie and Jack Adkins, West Liberty, KY, Juanita Vest, Hazel Green, KY, Lois Klapheke, Lexington, KY, Gay Fleming, Louisville, KY, William and Ruth Vest,Ezel, KY, Ira and Brenda Vest, Sandy Hook, KY.
Memorial services for Tommy Jr. and his mother Brenda will be conducted at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 11, 2008, at the Morgan County Middle School Gym, with Rev. Garrie Stamper officiating. Visitation from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 11, 2008 at the Morgan County Middle School Gym.
