Due to construction delays on the new ring at the Harrison County 4-H Fairgrounds, the 2009 Cynthiana Horse Show, and the Academy Show, scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2009, have been moved to the Owen County Fairgrounds, 127 North, Fairgrounds Road, in Owenton, Kentucky.
