SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. - Celebration Entry Office Manager Mary Lynn Reed and Celebration Public Relations Director Barbara Turner stand by the beautiful portrait of the 2002 Tennessee Walking Horse World Grand champion Out On Parole as it takes its place of honor in the foyer of the Celebration’s Administrative Office Building. The portrait will hang for one year until the crowning of the next World Champion. “It’s a magnificent portrait,” said Turner. “We invite everyone to come by the office to see it.” Out On Parole is owned by The Randall Baskin family of Franklin, Tennessee. The stallion, trained and ridden by Steve Dunn, was crowned World Grand Champion on September 1, 2002.
