PSHA Explains Package of TWH

The Performance Show Horse Association (PSHA) released the following document that outlines and explains the “package” worn by the performance Tennessee Walking Horse. The package worn by the Tennessee Walking Horse is not harmful to the horse in any manner and is within the guidelines of the Horse Protection Act.
