Having been very enthusiastic about the inaugural American National Maiden and having been a sponsor, Rising Star Ranch wanted to do something a little different this year and involve the breeders of these talented two-year-olds. 

As a Breeders Reward for producing the winner of the 2021 American National Maiden, Rising Star Ranch will present to the breeder of the 2021 Maiden Champion, a stallion fee at no cost to the breeder for any stallion currently standing at Rising Star Ranch.

"We are aware of the “blood, sweat and tears” that go into the raising of championship horses and realize sometimes the breeder stands in the shadows. It is our pleasure to bring the breeders of these great horses into the spotlight," said breeding manager, David Williams.
