Celebration Chief Executive Officer Ron Thomas was seriously injured in an automobile accident Friday afternoon. He suffered a broken bone in his left leg and numerous lacerations on his head and body. He was taken to Centennial Hospital where doctors treated him for 3 to 4 hours. He was released later that night and is recuperating at home. Thomas, who also serves as show manager, told The Report that he is confident he will be in center ring for the Celebration although possibly on a more limited basis.
