Scarbrough Appeal Hearing Postponed

Toby Scarbrough’s appeal hearing with the National Horse Show Commission was scheduled to begin this morning at 9:00 a.m. However, due to a procedural disagreement between the two sides the hearing was postponed. The Commission will reconvene at 1:00 p.m. today.
