Shiflet Named Celebration Official Photographer

Shane Shiflet, owner of Shane Shiflet Photography of Randleman, North Carolina, has been selected as the “official photographer” for the 2011 Celebration.  Mr. Shiflet will coordinate all activities related to still photography not only at The Celebration® but also at other TWHNC® events such as the Fun Show, Mule Show and Fall Classic.

“The Celebration® is happy that Mr. Shiflet has accepted this role to provide the photographic needs to our customers.  We have wanted this opportunity placed under one umbrella as opposed to having three separate companies involved in our events,” says Dr. Doyle Meadows, CEO of the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration®.  Meadows also indicated that Shane Shiflet Photography will employ experienced photographers to meet all the needs of The Celebration®, its customers and fans.

“First and foremost, I want to thank The Celebration® for providing this opportunity to Shane Shiflet Photography.  I have photographed the Saddlebred World Championship and the Morgan Grand Nationals and Championship Show, but I feel none can compare to The Celebration®.  I am proud to provide photographic services for the best World Championships in the equine industry,” says Shiflet.

The 73rd Annual Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration® runs from August 24 through September 3rd at the Historic Celebration Grounds in Shelbyville, TN.  For more information, point your web browser to www.twhnc.com.
