SWHA Scholarships Available

The Smoky Mountain Walking Horse Association wishes to announce the offering of college scholarships of $500 to qualified applicants. The scholarships will be awarded May 1, 2012, and are available to candidates meeting the following requirements:
1. High school junior/senior, or college student under the age of 24.
2. Member of Smoky Mountain or East Tennessee Walking Horse Associations for a year before the April 1 deadline.
3. Demonstrate an interest in equine activities.
