TWHBEA late fees notice

This is a notice to all TWHBEA members that late fees for in bound registry work will start back on January 1, 2022.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, TWHBEA waved all late fees through December 31st, 2021, to help its members get their registry transactions in order with no penalties.
