TWHBEA & Voice Magazine Announce Business Hours for July 23, 2003

The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' and Exhibitors' Association, along with the Voice Magazine, will be closed July 23, 2003 from 10:00a.m. until 2:00p.m. so the staff may attend funeral services for long-time advertising director David Kranich, who passed away Saturday, July 19, 2003.
