Veterans Honored At Local Horse Show

The Walking Horse Trainer's Auxiliary would like to honor all veterans at this year's Moneytree Classic Horse Show. The event will be held at the Bedford County Ag Center July 1, 2016, opening ceremonies will be held at 5:30 PM. The eldest veteran will carry the large American flag with all other veterans carry a smaller American flag. The veterans will march around the arena (via whatever mode of transportation) to the "Battle Hymn of the Republic" sang by Jennifer Barr. The colors will then be presented with the National Anthem, and the veterans will leave the arena with "She's a Grand Ole Flag" being played. Please plan on attending.
