Walking For Cancer Show Rescheduled
Wednesday, November 4, 2009
The Walking For Cancer show originally scheduled for October 17, 2009 will be held on April 17, 2010 at the Bedford County Ag Center in Shelbyville, TN. Show Chairman Joni Jenne′ said, “We tried extremely hard to reschedule this Fall, but there wasn’t an indoor facility available on a date that didn’t already have a show scheduled.”
The Bedford County 4-H Show will be held on Friday night and the Walking For Cancer Show will be held on Saturday night, giving owners and trainers a great two-day venue for showing. The shows are working together to make as many different classes available as possible, and both shows will feature Riders’ Cup classes.
“We appreciate the overwhelming response to the Walking For Cancer show, and look forward to putting on a first-class event in April,” said Jenne′. “We are excited to be associated with the 4-H Show and believe this is a win-win situation for both shows”. Proceeds from the Walking For Cancer Show will benefit the Bedford Cancer Foundation, Inc.
For more information on the show or the Bedford Cancer Foundation, please contact Joni Jenne′ at 931-224-3046.
