The Center for Family Development is pleased to announce the new date for its All Amateur “Walking to Make a Difference” horse show. The show will be held Wednesday, May 22nd, 2002 at the Bedford County Agriculture Center. Denise Hobbs, chairman of the show, said that after careful consideration of the members of the Board, it was decided that the show would change dates. “Our horse show is the major fund raiser for The center for Family Development. Since September 11, 2001, fund raising dollars are becoming harder to come by. We felt that the change of date to a spring show would greatly improve our horse show.
