MCMINNVILLE, Tenn. - The McMinnville Horse Show was back on the schedule for the prestigious Fourth of July horse shows in Middle Tennessee, since last year it was not held. In the past, the show has been put on by the Warren County Horseman’s Association. This year, it was put on by a new group, the Lions Clubs of Warren County. The show was held at the fair ring on top of the hill with the huge grandstand and by the cabins. Show management said the show was moved because of seating and the concession stands.

King Of The Jungle and Charlie Green once again walking away with top honors in McMinnville as they did two years ago at the last Warren County show for hometown owner Nestor Stewart. Edgar Abernathy and Twisted Chief were reserve for Joyce Brady. The Lions Clubs of Warren County were pleased with the horse show and look forward to hosting it next year on Friday, July 2, 2010.
