The Walking Horse Owners Association is taking promotional bids for its 2013 Rulebook. Four pages are up for bid with each bid starting at $250.00.
The inside front left of the rulebook - the inside front right of the rulebook - inside back cover and back cover are available for bid.
The pages are in color, the bidder must supply photos.
Bids are due by closing at 4 pm (cst), Wednesday April 17. Bids may be placed by phone, email, or fax.
