WHOA Offers Performance Classes At Versatility Shows For 2009

The Walking Horse Owners' Association's Pleasure Committee voted unanimously at the February meeting to offer performance classes to a number of Versatility show schedules for 2009. This will give the opportunity for performance exhibitors to show in a relaxed environment with casual attire. These shows are designed for every facet of the industry and encourage all types of participation from the novice rider up to the advanced exhibitor.
The following performance classes have been added to select WHOA Versatility Shows:
2-3 Year Old Performance Open
Park Performance Open- No Canter
Show Pleasure Open- No Canter
Amateur Specialty Performance -No Canter
Youth 17 & Under Performance - No Canter
Open Specialty Performance- No Canter
The following WHOA Versatility Shows will include the above classes:
May 2- Waterfall Farms- Shelbyville, TN
May 24- Womack Stables- Murfreesboro, TN
June 7- Womack Stables- Murfreesboro, TN
June 14- Tennessee Tech- Cookeville, TN
October 10- Edmonson Co. Fairgrounds- Brownsville, KY
Other WHOA Versatility shows will be scheduled throughout the year and all WHOA shows and class schedules are available at www.walkinghorseowners.com
