The WHTA Trainers' Banquet weekend, scheduled for December 5-6, 2014 has released the following schedule of events.
Friday, December 5 – Board Of Directors – 8:30-9:30 am Located @ WHTA Board Room
Friday, December 5 – Renewal Of Trainers’ License – 9:30-10:30 am located @ foyer of WHTA building
Friday, December 5 - General Membership & Election 11am-1pm @ WHTA membership Room
Friday. December 5 - WHTA Horse Show Committee Meeting immediately following the GM Meeting & Election
Friday, December 5 - 2:00 pm PSHA Meeting Located @ WHTA Board room
Friday December 5 - 10:00am Ladies Auxiliary Meeting @ Edgemont Baptist Church Fellowship Hall
Friday December 5 - Silent Auction 5:00pm @ Bell Buckle Banquet Hall
Friday December 5 - Grand Prize Giveaway & Party 7:00pm @ Bell Banquet Hall
Saturday December 6 - Silent Auction 5:00pm @ Bell Buckle Banquet Hall
Saturday December 6 - 6:00-7:00 pm – Reception
Saturday December 6 - 7:00 pm Dinner and Awards Banquet
