WHTA Youth Council Continues Fundraising Efforts for the Legal Fund

The WHTA Youth Council presented FAST with a $2,000 check from the proceeds they raised during the Donkey Basketball game. The Youth Council is working hard this year to raise money for the Legal Fund. The next fundraiser is going to be a trail ride at Dave Coffey’s on April 8, 2017 starting at 12:00 pm. In addition, the Youth Council will be hosting a fundraiser for the legal fund during the FAST Spring Showcase, which will be held April 14-15th at the Calsonic Arena. The kids will be selling stuffed Easter eggs filled with candy and/or money. The 55th Annual National Trainers’ Show was held in Cooper Steel Arena March 15th through the 18th on the show grounds of the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration. This marks the first Tennessee Walking Horse show in the newly title sponsored Cooper Steel Arena, replacing the old naming rights holder, Calsonic Arena.
