Celebration balances fan supply and demand for concessions

The Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration is unique from most sporting venues in how concessions are handled during the event. At The Celebration, tradition has been that area civic clubs rented space on the show grounds from The Celebration and sold concessions as a fundraiser for their club and the causes they serve.
