SHOW makes adjustments to classification of judges

The SHOW HIO maintains a list of licensed judges for use at any of the horse shows that affiliate with the SHOW HIO. Show managers can contact and hire any judge licensed with SHOW for use at their horse show.

SHOW implements penalty for prohibited substance violations

The SHOW HIO recently implemented a new penalty for use of prohibited substances at any affiliated event.  In late 2020, the USDA offered HIOs the opportunity to participate in a swabbing pilot program where USDA trained SHOW personnel to conduct the swabbing at affiliated shows and send the samples to the lab at Texas A&M University for analysis.

Celebration releases tentative class schedule for 2021

The Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration recently formed a committee to review and recommend changes to the Celebration’s class schedule.
