Donald W. Stone, 75, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at his home. He was born in Durham, NC., and is survived by his wife, Linda Dowell Stone. He loved, trained, showed, and raised Tennessee Walking Horses.

A memorial service was held at Clements Chapel in Durham on Friday, July 12, 2013. Donations can be made to Lewey Body Dementia Association (LBDA) 912 Killian Hill Road, SW, Lilburn, Ga. 30047 or Bahama Baptist Church, 7917 Willardville Station Rd., Bahama, N.C. 27503
