Celebration announces Maverick Arena

The Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration and Keith and Lorraine Rosbury are pleased to announce a three-year naming rights agreement for the Celebration’s outdoor arena. The new name, Maverick Arena, will be displayed at this year’s 80th Anniversary Celebration and will honor the 2017 World Grand Champion Gen’s Black Maverick, owned by Keith and Lorraine Rosbury.

Celebration releases class splits

The Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration announced class splits Friday afternoon for its 80th annual event, which kicks off later this month. Twelve classes have been divided, with the two-year-old stallion division once again having three splits.

Florence Charity rescheduled

Celebration entries positive growth trend

In a continued positive trend, The Celebration will have more horses competing at the 80th Annual Celebration. In 2018, 1,179 different horses entered versus 1,138 in 2017, a 3.6% increase.

Celebration lighting up; ready for show

Crews were lined up, literally, yesterday revamping the grounds of the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration, which kicks off later this month. On Monday, Aug. 6, cranes lifted workman more than 100 feet into the air so that lights could be replaced and the press box revamped.
